An assessment usually begins with a visual survey and drawings review, followed by non-destructive and material tests where needed, then a structural capacity check against current requirements. When should a building be assessed?কখন ভবন অ্যাসেসমেন্ট করানো উচিত?
When you see new cracks or dampness, plan to add floors or change the use, buy an older building, or doubt the original quality.নতুন ফাটল বা স্যাঁতসেঁতে ভাব দেখলে, তলা বাড়ানো বা ব্যবহার বদলানোর পরিকল্পনা থাকলে, পুরনো ভবন কিনতে চাইলে, কিংবা মূল মান নিয়ে সন্দেহ থাকলে।
Does assessment mean the building will be declared unsafe?অ্যাসেসমেন্ট মানে কি ভবন অনিরাপদ ঘোষণা?
No. Many assessments show the building is fine or needs only minor repairs. We tell you honestly what we find.না। অনেক অ্যাসেসমেন্টে দেখা যায় ভবন ঠিক আছে বা সামান্য মেরামত লাগে। আমরা যা পাই সততার সঙ্গে জানাই।
Do you need the original drawings?মূল ড্রয়িং কি লাগবে?
